Thunder Bay International Airports Authority Inc. (“TBIAAI”) is a non-profit corporation responsible for operation of the Thunder Bay Airport. The Members and Directors of TBIAAI are nominated by Federal, Provincial and Municipal Governments, the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce, the Thunder Bay and District Labour Council, other labour affiliated organizations and the directors of TBIAAI to serve terms of up to three years.
The TBIAAI Board of Director’s is currently seeking to appoint a new Member/Director. Prospective candidates will be considered based on experience that represents value added to champion TBIAAI’s Ends/Goals.
The TBIAAI Board of Director’s recognizes the importance of the Thunder Bay Airport to the region and as such is committed to having Board representation that is reflective of the diversity of Thunder Bay and encourages all qualified individuals to apply.
Candidates must meet certain legal qualifications and, in particular, may not be employed by or providing services on a full-time basis under contract to any federal, provincial or municipal government, department or agency or any corporation owned by His Majesty the King in Right of Canada or His Majesty the King in Right of any Province in Canada.
