WINNIPEG – The victim from Friday’s homicide has been identified as Robert Christian DONALDSON, 51.
Investigators have arrested and charged Rodney Byron WILLIAMS, 34, with 2nd Degree Murder and 2 counts of Assault with a Weapon. He remains in custody.
Investigators have identified the witness associated to the previously mentioned white SUV, however, anyone with information concerning this incident that has not spoken to investigators is asked to call 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
