THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police are seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect in a fraud and stolen property investigation.
A resident reported that a 2005 white Subaru Outback XT had been stolen from a driveway in the 300 block of Marks Street North sometime between the hours of 1 am and 8 am on Sept. 14, 2018.
The victim also reported a purse was left inside the vehicle and that transactions had been recorded on her debit card.
On Oct. 15, 2018, police released images and requested the public’s assistance to identify a male connected to this investigation. As a result of the ongoing investigation, police are now releasing new images from video surveillance showing a second potential suspect.

Suspect to ID: Vehicle Theft
The Thunder Bay Police Service is hoping the public can assist in identifying a suspect linked to a Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Fraud investigation.
The investigation into the theft began on Sept. 14, 2018 after the owner of a white 2005 Subaru Outback XT reported the vehicle stolen from a driveway in the 300 block of Mark Street North.
As a result of the ongoing investigation, officers are now able to share images of a suspect.
