THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Fire Rescue put out a fire and rescued people suspected of suffering from Carbon Monoxide poisoning. As our first arriving Pumper made their way to the front door our CO alarms went into alarm. An additional Pumper was requested to respond to assist in the rescue efforts. Crew members donned Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus and entered the residence and rescued at least four individuals, all of whom were transported to Thunder Bay Regional for possible CO poisoning.
