THUNDER BAY – LIVING – The Fallen Souls Riding Association’s Halloween Bash was a great success! More than 300 attendees dressed in their best Halloween costume and danced the night away, raising $5,000 in support of Adult Mental Health at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. These funds will be used to purchase a specialized, secure charging station within the unit, where patients can charge their phones and stay connected to their support systems outside of the hospital.

“The Fallen Souls Riding Association is proud to be supporting the Adult Mental Health unit, and to have proceeds from our event helping to enhance patient care,” said Gary Ferguson, one of the event organizers.  “The Fallen Souls are a like-minded group of riders who share a love of motorcycles as well as a strong belief in community and helping others. We chose to support mental health as it’s often not discussed and remains stigmatized. We are grateful to everyone who supported this event by attending, volunteering or making a donation. We are looking forward to building on the success of this event and making it bigger and better in 2018.”
