THUNDER BAY – LIVING – The City of Thunder Bay is excited to announce the movie lineup for Movie Nights on the Waterfront. The Family Series starts Friday August 18, at Marina Park and runs Fridays and Saturdays until September 1. There also are three special screenings in the fall with the ThunderCon Movie Night Friday September 22, the Culture Days Screening Friday September 29th, and the Halloween Movie Night Friday October 27th.
The lineup includes:
Friday August 18 – Finding Dory
Saturday August 19 – Secret Life of Pets
Friday August 25 – Batman Lego Movie
Saturday August 26 – Over the Hedge
Friday September 1 – Fate of the Furious
Friday September 22 – Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
Friday September 29 – Sleeping Giant (hosted at the Kinsmen Youth Center)
Friday October 27 – Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone
Movies will start after sunset, once it is dark. In August this is around 9:00pm and gradually becomes earlier through the fall. There will be food and beverages available each night, or you can bring your own snacks to enjoy. Come early to get a good seat and visit local community groups and the craft station.
