KENORA – An accident on Highway 17 has closed the roadway. OPP were called out to an accident at about 05:50AM CST this morning. Three tractor-trailer units are involved in the accident.
The collision had all three vehicles engulfed in flames. The accident happened seven kilometres east of Jones Road.
Right now all highway traffic is being diverted through Kenora while investigation of the accident continues.
OPP report that 4 people have been transported to hospital.
