Thunder Bay Police are seeking Justin Duncan who is reported missing

THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing 23-year-old Justin “Milky” Duncan. Justin is an Ottawa resident with friends and acquaintances from both the Thunder Bay, Toronto and Ottawa areas. It is believed he arrived in Thunder Bay in early November 2016.

Duncan was last seen in the Limbrick Street area during the early morning of November 22, 2016. According to witnesses, Justin had been involved in an altercation prior to his disappearance. Family and friends have not heard from him since and the investigators suspect foul play.

Thunder Bay Police have been actively seeking information on this case. Sources tell NetNewsLedger that a number of search warrants have been executed in the Limbrick Housing Complex as officers have sought information in Duncan’s disappearance.

Justin is described as a black male, approximately 5’8” tall and 140 lbs. He has black hair in an afro style haircut. There are concerns for his welfare as he does have epilepsy.

Thunder Bay Police are looking to speak with anyone who was with Justin Duncan prior to his disappearance and are also asking for anyone with any information regarding his disappearance or current whereabouts to please contact police at 684-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or tipsubmit.com.
