Food EmulsifiersTHUNDER BAY – FOOD NOW – Starting today, participating restaurants in Thunder Bay’s Waterfront District will be offering specially priced Prix Fixe menus for the Northern Delights – Harvest Celebration. The event runs from October 11 – 22, and is presented by a collective of north-side restaurants, suppliers, supporting businesses and Tourism Thunder Bay.

Prix Fixe menus highlighting the best of Thunder Bay’s culinary delights will be priced at $25 and/or $35.00. Participating restaurant menus are available on Facebook at NorthernDelightsTbay.

Northern Delights Harvest welcomes nine participating restaurants including Bight Restaurant, Nook, Tomlin, The Sovereign Room, The Foundry, Red Lion Smokehouse, Portside (Prince Arthur Hotel), In Common and Silver Birch Restaurant.

“Back by popular demand, this celebration was first introduced earlier this year – created to boost visitation into the downtown Entertainment District and the city during a typically soft business and travel season,” said Paul Pepe, Manager of Tourism Thunder Bay. “It was so well received the first time it was offered, that the participating entrepreneurs and Tourism Thunder Bay felt it was a stellar campaign that needed to be repeated. With even more restaurants joining in and participating – Northern Delights Harvest edition – is sure to be yet another successful event.

We encourage you to visit the Waterfront District during this limited time offer and try all of the great places you’ve been hearing about. If you are a locavore – you’ll love this special offer!
