Thunder Bay, ON –The Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra (TBSO) is pleased to announce that Ken Boshcoff will be assisting the TBSO in generating new revenue sources. With his experience in private business, as well as a former Member of Parliament, member of City Council and Mayor, Ken Boshcoff is ideally suited to lead this new revenue-generating initiative.
“I have been a symphony supporter all my adult life,” said Boshcoff, “and our Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra is a major asset in our city. It will be a privilege for me to help by increasing the revenue base for the TBSO.”
TBSO Board President Paul Inksetter expressed his delight with Boshcoff’s decision to work with the symphony. “It takes a whole community to support a symphony orchestra,” said Inksetter, “and Ken is just the person who will help expand the circle of symphony supporters so essential to our continued operations.”
The Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra is the largest cultural organization in northern Ontario, and the only fully professional orchestra between Toronto and Winnipeg. The TBSO just celebrated its 55th consecutive concert season.
