THUNDER BAY – BUSINESS – The Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce and Nishnawbe-Aski Development Fund are presenting the 2016 APEX – Aboriginal Partnership Exchange. This year’s event will be at the Victoria Inn on Wednesday June 8 2016.
The day starts off with a keynote address on The New Indigenous Economy by Bernd Christmas, CEO, Gitpo Storms.
Christmas will be speaking on the issues facing business and Indigenous communities. Combining the slate of numerous court victories and the soon to be implemented UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, the business landscape has a will continue to evolve, but at a quicker pace.
The day is a full one, and one that if your business is looking to do more business with the growing Indigenous economy you don’t want to miss the event.
