Complaints to telecom watchdog plunge, with Rogers seeing biggest drop

Complaints about Internet and phone providers declined by 19.9 per cent in the six months ended Jan. 31 compared to a year ago, the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services says in its mid-year report.
