Thunder Bay PoliceTHUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police report that a local man is in custody after he was reported to allegedly be making threats to a group of teens in the area of Prince Arthur Boulevard and Ogden Street last night.

Police report that the accused appeared to be armed with a handgun at the time of the incident.

Uniformed Patrol officers arrived on scene just after 8:00PM EDT last night following a 911 call regarding a man who had been making threats and pointing a gun at a group of teenagers.

The male was taken into custody at gun point outside of his residence in the 600 block of Prince Arthur Boulevard.

Police report that they seized a replica handgun.

Thirty-eight-year old Peitro John Scarfo has been charged with Weapons Dangerous and Uttering Threats. He remains in custody with a court date of October 20, 2015.
