THUNDER BAY – FOOD NOW – It’s that time of the year again where we celebrate our Mother’s. So like in years past I have published a list of places that are offering brunches or special menus in Thunder Bay to take your Mom on their special day.
Many amazing restaurants in our city are embracing Mother’s Day, and opening their doors so your Mom can dine at her favorite location.
This year, you have some great large brunch choices such as the Valhalla, Victoria Inn, Whitewater Golf Club, Prince Arthur Portside Restaurant, Airlane as well as some smaller restaurants such as Daytona’s, Silver Birch, This Old Barn, Bight, and Norma Jeans.
Some restaurants are opening up with special Mother’s Day menu’s as well. Those include Gargoyles and Blue Door Bistro.
Many other places like the Davinci and Italian Hall are also offering buffets, as well as the Fort William Curling Club and the Legions.
If it is breakfast buffets you are searching for; the Red Seal Cafe located inside the Moose Hall on Fort William Road has a low cost breakfast buffet for just $10.50, but Mom eats for the toddler price of $4.
The West Thunder Community Centre also having a brunch for $12 with Moms eating free.
So, no matter where you choice to go on your budget, remember its all about Mom and showing her how much you love her, if you can’t dine out, make Mom her special lunch or dinner and share some quality family time with her!
