Construction work will begin on the west side of Golf Links Road north of the Golf Links/Oliver Road intersection. Access to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre from Oliver Road will be closed for north-bound traffic during this phase of construction. Hospital access from Oliver Road via Keith Jobbitt Drive will be unaffected by construction.
Access to businesses, including the Fort William Clinic and Day’s Inn Hotel, will remain unchanged. The south-bound exit from the hospital and residential subdivision will remain open.
