TORONTO – A new video reportedly released by militant group Boko Haram appears to show about one hundred of the young girls kidnapped from a Nigerian school last month.

Abubakar Shekau, the leader of Boko Haram states that the girls would be held until all imprisoned members of Boko Harum are freed.

Abubakar Sheka claims that all the girls had converted to Islam. The video, released early Monday, claims to show them praying.

Boko Haram kidnapped the girls in northern Nigeria on 14 April and has threatened to sell them.
