THUNDER BAY – Breaking – The Lakehead Regional Conservation Authority reports that the Flood Warning has been terminated. 

The Lakehead Region Conservation Authority has terminated the Flood Warning for the City of Thunder Bay, Municipalities of Oliver Paipoonge, Neebing and Shuniah and the Townships of Conmee, O’Connor , Dorion and Gillies.

 Area watercourses will continue to have high flows over the next few days; however, most have crested and will begin to recede today. Minimal precipitation is forecasted today with no precipitation in the coming week .

Authority Staff will continue to monitor conditions as part of its Flood Forecasting and Warning program.
