SIOUX LOOKOUT – “I am pleased to announce the hiring of Mr. Gerson Agustin as the Municipality’s Parks and Recreation Manager, effective January 1, 2013,” stated the Sioux Lookout’s Chief Administrative Officer, Ann Mitchell, adding, “Mr. Agustin brings with him 20 years of experience working with children and youth with local education authorities, as well as extensive administrative, programming and strategic leadership experience”.
“He is knowledgeable and will contribute to our collective long term community planning initiatives, program development and delivery, and offers a clear understanding of program needs for Sioux Lookout and surrounding area,” Mitchell continued.
During the transitional period from now to the New Year, Richard Fenelon will serve as Acting Recreation Manager, while continuing his duties as Community Services Supervisor.
