Dream CatcherTHUNDER BAY – The Canadian Cancer Society is pleased to announce that Henry Osmulski of Thunder Bay is one of 30 people across Ontario who were lucky enough to win a $25,000 Bonus Prize in the Society’s new VIP Lottery.

“Congratulations to Henry Osmulski and thank you to everyone who bought a ticket,” said Janice Gray, Manager, Lottery, Canadian Cancer Society, Ontario Division. “This is just a small taste of the excitement yet to come because this year’s prize line-up is nothing short of spectacular, with three $50,000 Early Bird prizes, 30 daily car prizes, daily and weekly cash and travel prizes plus a Super Grand prize of $1.5 million.”

There are no small prizes in the Society’s VIP Lottery. There are more cars and more cash prizes than any other charity lottery in Ontario. The Society is proud to offer its ticket holders the best chance to win a big prize. Daily and weekly draws take place throughout November. Grand Prize draws take place November 30.

For 75 years, we have been with all Canadians in the fight for life. 100 percent of the net revenue from the VIP Lottery funds lifesaving research into all forms of cancer. Society-funded research is happening in hospitals and academic and research centres across Ontario.
By funding lifesaving research, the Society is fighting cancer in communities like Thunder Bay. We have been relentless in our commitment to fund research and support Canadians touched by cancer. These efforts combined with our focus on prevention are the foundation for a future where we will engage Canadians to change cancer forever.

All VIP lottery winners are listed online at lottery.cancer.ca.
