Thunder Bay Police arrest Toronto man in $62K drug seizure; cocaine, oxycodone, and cash recovered
THUNDER BAY – A significant drug trafficking investigation has led to the arrest of a Toronto man, following the execution of search warrants at two Thunder Bay residences on the morning of Thursday, March 27.
The Thunder Bay Police Service’s Intelligence Unit, working alongside the Emergency Task Unit and the Break and Enter and Robbery (BEAR) Unit, conducted simultaneous searches at homes located on Limbrick Street and May Street. The action follows an active investigation into suspected local drug trafficking operations.
During the search of the Limbrick Street residence, a male suspect was taken into custody after allegedly attempting to destroy evidence.
A second warrant executed on May Street led to the discovery of additional illicit substances. Police report the seizure of:

The estimated street value of the drugs recovered is over $62,000, and officers also seized more than $10,000 in cash, believed to be proceeds of crime.

WISDOM appeared in Thunder Bay court on Thursday and has been remanded into custody, pending a future court appearance.
