Police create tip line as search for Richard GRAHAM continues

The Thunder Bay Police Service is announcing a new dedicated tip line, as they continue to search for missing person Richard GRAHAM, 42. Richard has not been seen or heard from by family, or friends for 67 days.

The last confirmed sighting of Richard was on the morning of July 30, when he was seen getting onboard a city bus on Cumberland Street. It’s unknown where he exited the bus.

He was last seen wearing a camouflage short-sleeve shirt, black pants with a subtle camouflage pattern, grey and black running shoes, a camouflage pattern ballcap, and a large black backpack with a waist belt and large white patch on the top.

He is described as a White male, standing 5’6″ in height with a slim build. He has medium-length red hair and a red beard, and hazel eyes.
