THUNDER BAY – Arrrr Matey! Don’t get too worried if you are down in the Heart of the Harbour today, and you see lots of pirates.
The world famous Bounty is in Thunder Bay today, and in conjunction, the Heart of the Harbour BIA is hosting the Pirate’s Cove Children’s Festival from 12:00 noon until 4:00 PM on St. Paul Street.
