Thunder Bay – News – The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating missing person Heaven MOSES-FORTIER, 15.
Heaven was last seen on the evening of Sunday, September 29, in the area of Connolly Street and McLaughlin Street.
She is described as an Indigenous female, 5’0″ in height with a thin build. She has long black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a purple sweater and ripped jeans.
