Dryden, ON – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment in Dryden has arrested and charged a local resident, Donald Hill, aged 55, with multiple offences under the Criminal Code following two separate incidents at local businesses.

On August 2, 2024, shortly before 1:00 p.m., OPP officers were called to a business in Dryden. Following their investigation, Hill was charged with an indecent act in a public place, indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age, and causing a disturbance.

Despite the severity of these charges, Hill allegedly repeated the behavior, prompting another call to the OPP on August 6, 2024. This second incident led to an additional charge for failure to comply with an undertaking, which resulted in Hill’s arrest once again.

The OPP is asking anyone with further information regarding these incidents to come forward. Tips can be shared anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
