Ryan Whitefield, the founder of REVILO Property Group, has had a remarkable journey in the real estate industry, driven by his passion to find a more reliable way to achieve financial stability and provide for his family.

Coming from a financially challenged background, Ryan learned the value of hard work from his single mother and developed a strong work ethic at a young age.

Immediately after completing high school, he started a career in construction, working tirelessly seven days a week. His commitment to escaping poverty was evident when he purchased his own home at the age of 18.

However, the Great Recession of 2007-09 brought significant challenges, and Ryan lost practically everything.

He had to relocate to the USA with his wife, starting his career from scratch. It was in the US that Ryan found his calling in real estate investing. Over the course of eight years, he honed his skills and expertise, flipping over 500 homes and acquiring more than 500 multifamily properties.

Throughout his inspiring real estate journey, Ryan’s driving force has been his children.

He named his company REVILO Property Group after his son Oliver, using a unique backward spelling. Ryan emphasizes that his children are the motivation behind his efforts, as they inspire him to take risks, believe in himself, and strive to provide the best for them.

The distinguishing factor of REVILO Property Group is its commitment to not only encourage clients to invest but also educate and empower them to take control of their wealth.

The company provides guidance on foolproof investing strategies related to 401K, IRA, and 1031 exchanges to achieve double-digit returns. Ryan’s guidelines cover everything from transferring and self-directing investments to optimizing tax savings for W2 earners.

Ryan’s motivation to mentor amateur investors stems from his desire to help them achieve financial independence, escape poverty, and provide for their families.

In addition to guiding clients through the investment process, Ryan extends his efforts to share knowledge with a wider audience through podcast appearances, blog posts on his company’s website, and other platforms.

Ryan has recently been invited to the podcast “When You’re Not Earning, You’re Learning,” where he shared his remarkable knowledge of multifamily unit investments and strategies to maximize their return potential.

He has also provided multiple guides on the benefits of investing in B and C-class properties, self-directed IRAs, and what makes multifamily real estate recession-resistant. Visitors to his website can find FAQs and reach out to him through a contact form for further inquiries.

Having experienced the highs and lows of life, Ryan’s personal circumstances shaped his expertise as an investor, allowing him to guide others through intimidating investment options.

With almost 24 years of experience, Ryan continues to mentor aspiring real estate investors, ensuring that the future of the real estate industry is in capable hands.
