On October 6, 2023, around 10:15 a.m., members of the OPP Emergency Response Team and the Dryden Detachment pulled over a vehicle on Highway 17 in Revell Township. Subsequent investigation and a thorough vehicle search unveiled a loaded firearm in the possession of the occupants.

- Careless storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or ammunition
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm
- Occupant of Motor Vehicle knowing there was Firearm
- Possession of loaded prohibited or restricted firearm
Trevor MULLA, 25, Blumenort, Manitoba:
- Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Person
- Careless storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or ammunition
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm
- Occupant of Motor Vehicle knowing there was Firearm
- Possession of loaded prohibited or restricted firearm
- Failure to comply with release order (two counts)
Mahad IBRAHINADAN, 22, Edmonton, Alberta:
- Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Person
- Careless storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or ammunition
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm
- Occupant of Motor Vehicle knowing there was Firearm
- Possession of loaded prohibited or restricted firearm
- Failure to comply with release order (two counts)
