HOUGHTON, MI- Sports – The Lakehead University Thunderwolves won both games of the doubleheader Saturday at Michigan Tech with scores of 12-1 in the 1st game and 15-4 in the 2nd. The Thunderwolves finished the sweep of the Huskies with a 13-2 win on Sunday morning. Lakehead finishes 8-4 in District V West Conference play and is 16-10 overall with 22 non-conference games remaining.

Aaron Lagadin picked up the win for Lakehead tossing 4 innings of 3 hit ball and allowing only 1 earned run. Ian MacDonald finished the game on the hill throwing 2 shutout innings to preserve the win for the Thunderwolves.
