One way to reduce the risk of having your property stolen, and going through the struggle of recovering it or replacing it is to make sure you take steps to keep it safer.

Getting in a routine to check your property can help.

    • It’s 9 PM, have you removed the garage door opener from your vehicle?
    • It’s 9 PM, are the windows on your vehicle shut?
    • It’s 9 PM, have you emptied your vehicle of easily stolen bags and items?

  • It’s 9 PM, have you put everything away and locked your shed?

Each of these simple steps can reduce the risk to your property from theft. That can reduce your family’s stress and anxiety when your things are stolen.
