Thunder Bay – WEATHER – There are no weather alerts or warnings in effect for the region this morning.

Thunder Bay

It is a calm +11 in Thunder Bay, unless of course you are driving along Memorial Avenue and need to fill up where a litre of liquid gold will cost $216.9.

Today will see a mix of sun and cloud along with a 60 percent chance of precipitation this afternoon. There will be a risk of a thunderstorm as well.

Winds will pick up from the Northwest at 20 km/h later this morning.

The UV Index will be 7 or high.

Tonight will be partly cloudy with a 30 per cent risk of rain. There is a risk of a thunderstorm as well. The overnight low will be +6.

FORT FRANCES

It is a brisk +4 in FORT FRANCES to start off your Thursday. Today will see a mix of sun and cloud with a 30 per cent risk of rain. The high today will be +22 with winds becoming northwest at 20 km/h late this morning.

The UV Index will be 7 or high.

Tonight will see skies clearing with an overnight low of +7.

Dryden and Vermilion Bay

It is +9 in Dryden at the airport this morning headed to a high of 21. Skies will be a mix of clouds and sun, along with a 30 per cent risk of rain showers this morning. Winds will be from the north at 20 km/h late this morning.

The high today will be +21 with the UV Index at 7 or high.

Tonight will see clear skies with continued north winds and a low of +7.

Sachigo Lake

It is +5 in Sachigo this morning headed to a high of +18 under mainly cloudy skies.

The UV Index will be 5 or Moderate.

Skies will be partly cloudy this evening and clearing after midnight. Winds will be 20 km/h before becoming light this evening. The overnight low will be +7.
