Thunder Bay Police Seek Persons of Interest in Bombardier Plant Bomb Threat

Persons of Interest Sought in Bomb ThreatTHUNDER BAY – Crimebeat – The Criminal Investigation Branch of the Thunder Bay Police Service have released a video, along with images of Persons of Interest connected to the Bombardier Bomb Threat on December 9, 2011.

Police report, the “Investigation has resulted in the call believed to have been made from a payphone located on the corner of Vickers Street and Arthur Street. Video surveillance from the payphone shows two individuals using the phone at the time the call was received by Bombardier”.

The incident caused all workers at the Bombardier Manufacturing Facility in Thunder Bay to be evacuated from the plant. As well as all Thunder Bay Transit buses to be pulled from service.

Police are looking to identify the individuals in this video to speak to them about this incident. If anyone has information about this incident or the identity of these individuals, please call Police at 684-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 623-8477.
