THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay’s Pagoda is Canada’s oldest continuously operating tourist information centre.
Opened in 1910, the building was designed by H. Russell Halton, a Port Arthur architect, who won a design contest put on by the Port Arthur Daily News.
