Second Wave of COVID-19 Deadly to America

The death toll in the United States from COVID-19 has topped 400,000 people. This horrible milestone comes even as officials warn of a continued rise in cases and deaths linked to holiday travel.

There have now been more Americans die during this pandemic than the total number of American soldiers that died in battle during World War I, World War II and the Vietnam War combined,

On Wednesday, January 20,2021, Joe Biden will be sworn in as President. This is President Donald J. Trumps last night in the Whitehouse as America’s 45th President.

Biden has said he has a plan for combating COVID-19 and for getting support to American citizens who have been in need of help during the last months of the Trump Administration.

To offer some perspective on the speed that the virus is killing Americans, it was just over a month ago That the United States surpassed 300,000 confirmed COVID-19 deaths. That was on December 14, 2020.

It is a mere 17 days since the death toll from the virus was at 350,000 reported deaths on January 2nd, 2021.
