Busting Dryden Police Station Windows with Baseball Bat Nets 48-Year Old Charges

DRYDEN – NEWS – On December 27, 2020, at approximately, 06:00, Dryden Police Service Officers were alerted by the sound of shattering glass at the Police Station.

A male subject was observed smashing windows of the Police Station with a baseball bat. The subject was taken into custody without incident. Numerous windows were damaged with the cost of repairs being estimated to be over $10,000.00.

Kelly Dean CHAMBERS, 48 years of age of Dryden, Ontario was arrested and charged with Mischief over $5, 000.00.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 1:00 pm via video.

None of the charges have been proven in court.
