Thunder Bay – WEATHER – The cold spot in Ontario this morning is Muskrat Dam where it is a chilly -27.2 °C. There is a winter storm watch in effect for Winnipeg and all of Southern Manitoba. Further west there are winter storms.

Thunder Bay Weather Outlook

It is -10°C in Thunder Bay at 06:00 am EST with the forecast calling for a mix of sun and cloud. There is a 60 percent chance of light snow this morning. Winds up to 15 km/h. A high today of -6°C is forecast. The wind chill will make it feel colder, -17°C this morning and -10°C this afternoon.

For tonight, the weather service is calling for partly cloudy skies. There is a 30 percent chance of flurries overnight. Winds up to 15 km/h. The overnight low will be -15°C with the wind chill making it feel like -13°C this evening and -20°C overnight.

Kenora and Lake of the Woods

It is -12°C in Kenora at 05:00 am CST. The forecast is calling for periods of light snow ending this morning and then a mix of sun and cloud with a 30 percent chance of flurries. Winds will be northeast 20 km/h becoming light this morning. The temperature will remain steady near -11°C. The wind chill is at -19°C this morning and -13°C this afternoon.
