ARMSTRONG is described as white, thin build, 6’1 in height, 180 pounds, with brown hair, and a beard. He has blue eyes.
Armstrong was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, grey shorts, white running shoes, a grey baseball cap, and carrying a red backpack.
