Strong Winds Causing Power Interuptions in Thunder Bay

Thunder Bay HydroTHUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Hydro is advising that the combination of strong winds, and wet leaves is causing power interruptions in parts of the city today.

Crews are responding to calls, which TBH says are limited to small outages impacting areas with fewer than twenty-five customers.

If you are aware of any areas experiencing outages, you are asked to contact Thunder Bay Hydro. As well if you see trees or branches on power-lines, particularly in rural areas, that you advise hydro.

High winds are expected through the evening, and will likely cause continued problems.
