SIOUX LOOKOUT – WEATHER – Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for Sioux Lookout and region.
Rainfall warning in effect for:
- Savant Lake – Sturgeon Lake
- Sioux Lookout – Eastern Lac Seul
Rain, at times heavy, is expected.
Rain and thunderstorms are expected this evening and overnight.
Rainfall amounts of 50 to 75 mm are possible.
Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
