KENORA – The Ontario Provincial Police Kenora Detachment report they have recovered the body of a person near Laurenson’s Creek.
On July 8, 2019, at approximately 4:50 am officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Kenora Detachment received a report of a possible drowning on Laurenson’s Creek.
Members of the Marine Unit attended the scene and recovered a body.
The investigation is ongoing and further information will be released as it becomes available.
