Residents and business owners in the Waterfront District BIA are advised to prepare for temporary disruptions as the work rolls out over the coming months.
Red River Road Closure — April 22
Nadin Contracting will close Red River Road starting Tuesday, April 22 — the first workday after the Easter long weekend — to complete the final phase of lock stone installation. The closure is weather-dependent, and motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes. The city and contractors thank the public for their ongoing patience.

North Core Streetscape Project (Red River Road): The final touches of this multi-year revitalization will include updated sidewalks, traffic signal upgrades, and enhancements to the Mall Street walkway between Scotiabank and Black Pirates Pub. Work will commence as soon as weather permits.
