Winnipeg – NEWS Update – Due to extreme weather conditions, all roads in and around the City of Winnipeg are now CLOSED for safety reasons.
Do not attempt to drive anywhere.
A severe blizzard with winds up to 100 km/h and 50 cm of snow is expected in the coming hours.
Please prepare to shelter in place until conditions improve.
