Thunder Bay – News – Thunder Bay Police Service officers are investigating a weapons incident that occurred on the city’s north side on Friday, January 17.

Police responded to a call at approximately 9 a.m. in the 100 block of Cumberland Street South. Officers promptly secured the area upon arrival.

At this time, no injuries have been reported. However, a police presence remains in the vicinity as the investigation continues.

Authorities have confirmed that one individual has been taken into custody in connection with the incident.
