THUNDER BAY, ON – The Thunder Bay Police Service is asking for the public’s help in locating Heavenleigh MOSES-FORTIER, a 15-year-old who was last seen on the evening of Tuesday, December 17, in the area of the 900 block of Fort William Road.
Description of Missing Teen
Heavenleigh is described as:
- Indigenous female
- Height: 5’4”
- Hair: Black
- Eyes: Brown
She was last seen wearing:
- A black jacket
- A red sweatshirt
- Black and yellow pajama pants
- Grey joggers
- Black boots
