(THUNDER BAY, ON) – On October 10, 2024, three men from southern Ontario were arrested following a police operation that led to the seizure of drugs, firearms, and cash. The arrests come as a result of an ongoing investigation by the Thunder Bay Police Service’s Intelligence Unit into suspected drug trafficking activity in the city.
The investigation, which began earlier this month, culminated in search warrants being executed at two residences—one on Court Street South and the other on Sills Street—on the afternoon of Thursday, October 10.
Seized Items
During the search, police seized quantities of suspected crack cocaine and fentanyl, over $53,000 in cash, and two sawed-off shotguns. Three male suspects were located and arrested at the residences.
One of the suspects had previously been ordered not to be in Thunder Bay, violating conditions of a court order.

- Possession of a Firearm with an Altered Serial Number

Court Appearances
The three accused appeared in court on Friday, October 11. They have been remanded into custody, with further court appearances scheduled.
