Search for Missing 23-Year-Old Fort Frances Woman Continues, Public Assistance Requested

RAINY RIVER DISTRICT OPP CONTINUE TO SEARCH FOR MISSING FEMALE UPDATE #1

FORT FRANCES, ON – The Rainy River District Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), in collaboration with the Emergency Response Team (ERT), is continuing its search for a missing 23-year-old female from Fort Frances. The woman, identified as Trinity Maggrah, was reported missing to police on the evening of October 4, 2024, after she was last seen on the evening of October 2, 2024.

Police Seek Public’s Help

Authorities are asking the public for their assistance in locating Maggrah. She was last seen in the area of Fifth Street West in Fort Frances and is believed to have left the area on foot. Residents in the community should expect an increased police presence as the search continues. Police are urging residents to inspect their properties, outbuildings, and any video surveillance systems for signs of the missing woman.

Surveillance Footage Requested

Both local businesses and residents are requested to review their video footage between October 2, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to the present. Any sightings of Maggrah during this timeframe should be reported immediately to the OPP.

Maggrah is described as:

  • Height: 5’1″ – 5’3″
  • Weight: 95-100 lbs
  • Hair: Short, dark
  • Eyes: Brown
  • Last seen wearing: Dark-coloured Harley Davidson sweater
