THUNDER BAY, ON – The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting assistance from the public in locating 27-year-old Leona Legarde, who was last seen on Wednesday, September 25, in the 100 block of Picton Avenue.

Leona is described as an Indigenous woman, 5’3″ tall, with long black hair and brown eyes. She has a distinctive tattoo featuring a face, moon, and flower on her upper right arm, as well as a flower tattoo on her right hand.
