Thunder Bay – Missing – The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating missing person Phyllis TURTLE, 32.

Phyllis was reported as a missing person to the Thunder Bay Police Service on Wednesday, September 4. Her last contact with family members was on Wednesday, August 28.

She is described as an Indigenous female, 5’3″ in height with a thin build. She has brown eyes and long dark brown hair with lighter tips usually worn in a bun.
