Kamloops is set for some sweltering late summer weather. Today is already off to a warm start with a high reaching 35°C and sunny skies. Winds will come from the east at 20 km/h, making the heat feel a little more manageable. The temperature will dip to 15°C tonight, with clear skies providing a pleasant evening​.


Extended Heatwave into the Weekend

As the week continues, the hot weather persists:

  • Friday, September 6: The temperature will again reach 35°C under clear, sunny skies.
  • Saturday, September 7: Slightly cooler but still hot with a high of 32°C.
  • Sunday, September 8: Another spike with a high of 34°C.

By Monday, September 9, temperatures will settle at 31°C, with mostly sunny conditions.
