THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – The nip of Jack Frost is possible across parts of Northwestern Ontario this morning. The Weather Office has issued frost advisories.
Frost Advisory in effect for:
- Armstrong – Auden – Wabakimi Park
Frost may damage some crops in frost-prone areas. Temperatures are expected to drop to near zero degrees Celsius early this morning. Cover up plants, especially those in frost-prone areas. Take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees.
As we transition to the last few weeks of summer, it is likely that protecting your garden plants is going to become more needed.
