High-Energy Act The Free Label to Headline Live on the Waterfront in Thunder Bay

THUNDER BAY – LIVING – Get set for Wednesday night’s music fest on the Waterfront. Thunder Bay’s much-loved Live on the Waterfront performance series, presented by Ontario Power Generation, returns this Wednesday from 6 pm to 9 pm at Marina Park.

This week’s free concert promises a vibrant mix of musical genres, featuring rock, country, Mexican folk, and more. The evening’s lineup includes performances by Natalia Arroyo, Tim Albertson, and headliners The Free Label, with local favourite Ron Kanutski serving as MC.

6:00 pm: Natalia Arroyo
Kicking off the night is award-winning multi-instrumentalist and composer Natalia Arroyo. Known for her unique fusion of traditional northern Mexican music with jazz and folk elements, Natalia’s performance is sure to captivate the audience with its rich and eclectic soundscapes.

7:00 pm: Tim Albertson
Next on stage is Tim Albertson, a country artist hailing from Hurkett, Ontario. Tim’s small-town roots don’t hold back his big-stage presence, delivering a stadium-worthy sound with infectious energy that’s sure to get country music fans on their feet.

8:00 pm (Headliner): The Free Label
Headlining the evening is The Free Label, a dynamic six-member band from Toronto. Known for their electric blend of 70s disco, 90s R&B, and high-energy funk, this group of multi-instrumentalists and vocalists brings a lively and engaging performance that’s guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.
