C24-177268 – Drug Offence
Winnipeg – NEWS – On July 31, 2024, at approximately 8:50 p.m., members of the Guns and Gangs Unit, with assistance from the Tactical Support Team (TST), West, and North Community Support Units, executed a search warrant on a residence in the 1200 block of Selkirk Avenue. Officers arrested six individuals: four adult males and two adult females.
As a result of the search warrant, officers seized the following items as evidence:
- Red 2000 Honda CBR600F4 motorcycle
- Red Johnny Pag Street motorcycle
- 4.5 grams fentanyl
- 1.9 grams methamphetamine
- Gang-affiliated clothing and leather vests
- Two rounds of .22 calibre ammunition
James Edward LIGHTHEART (45) of Winnipeg is facing the following charges:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 x 3
- Operate a Conveyance while Prohibited Pursuant to Federal or Provincial Act
- Fail to Comply with Condition of Undertaking
Charles William BOYD (51) of Winnipeg is charged with the following:
- Possession of Firearm, Restricted/Prohibited Weapon or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order
- Possession of Scheduled Substance – Fentanyl
- Possession of Scheduled Substance – Methamphetamine
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 x 2
- Fail to Comply with Condition of Release Order x 3
Clifford Patrick RUDOLPH (57) of Winnipeg is charged with the following:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 x 2
- Fail to Comply with Condition of Release Order x 2
Lee Thomas WOODHOUSE (39) of Lake House First Nation is charged with the following:
- Possession of Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession of Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
- Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
Ashley Marie POOLE (38) of Winnipeg is charged with the following:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 x 2
- Fail to Comply with Condition of Release Order x 4
Faye Elizabeth LEDOUX (31) of Winnipeg is charged with the following:
- Possession of Firearm, Restricted/Prohibited Weapon or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order
- Possession of Scheduled Substance – Fentanyl
- Possession of Scheduled Substance – Methamphetamine
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 x 2
All were detained in custody.
